Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Revenue Leak Radar ("RLR", "we", "us") is operated by TIIDS. By using this service you ("you", "your organization") agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What the service does
RLR is B2B SaaS that connects read-only to your billing systems (Stripe, Xero, and similar) via OAuth, scans them for revenue leaks (failed payments, stale discounts, zombie subscriptions, duplicate charges, etc.), and surfaces those findings to you with dollar amounts. We do not process payments on your behalf or hold your funds.
3. Recovery actions
You may optionally grant RLR write scope on a per-integration basis so it can take corrective actions (retrying invoices, removing stale discounts, refunding duplicate charges, etc.). Every action you authorize is subject to a per-action dollar ceiling and rate limits enforced in code; you can adjust both in your dashboard settings. We surface every attempt — drafted, executed, failed, or backstop-rejected — in your action log. See /trust for the specific guarantees and how they're tested.
4. Your account
You authenticate via Clerk. You're responsible for keeping your credentials and any connected OAuth tokens secure. You represent that you have authority to connect the integrations you connect on behalf of your organization.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use RLR to access billing data you're not authorized to read. Don't reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at abusive rates, or attempt to bypass the safety backstop. We may suspend access for violations.
6. Fees
During the trial period, RLR is provided free of charge. Paid plans will be introduced after the trial; we will give 30 days' notice before billing begins on your account.
7. Data & deletion
We store the minimum data needed to operate the service: organization metadata, the encrypted OAuth tokens you grant, scan results, and an audit log of recovery actions. See our privacy policy for specifics. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing the address below; we will action it within 30 days.
8. No warranty
RLR is provided "as is". We make no warranty that scans will find every revenue leak in your billing system, that recovery actions will succeed, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Findings are diagnostic suggestions, not financial or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. On termination we will revoke active integration tokens and delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when these terms change. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TIIDS is organized, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
